- Click "Exchange" and proceed to card verification.
- Upload a photo of your card by holding it against the background of our website.
- Make sure that the first and last 4 digits of the card are visible. This is necessary to confirm ownership of the card and comply with security requirements.

- • Choose a cryptocurrency and a bank for fiat funds.
- • Specify the amount and check the exchange rate.
- • Fill in your wallet and account details.
- • Review and confirm your agreement with the exchange rules.
- • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the exchange.(Make a transfer to the details provided to you)
- • Your funds will be sent to the specified address or account after the transaction is completed.
The processing time of the order depends on several factors, including the rate of receipt of cryptocurrency to our wallet or account.
Please note that different cryptocurrencies have different confirmation speeds and may be delayed due to network congestion.
Be patient and wait for the operation to complete. It usually takes 5 to 15 minutes after your funds are received.
At each stage of the exchange, you can contact the online chat to clarify the details of your order or check the status in your personal account.
